Welcome! On this website, you will be able to sign up to participate in service-learning activities.
In order to participate in volunteer activities on and off campus, you MUST FILL OUT 2 FORMS. The first is the online Profile Form. The second is the Waiver of Liability, which must be signed in hard copy (paper) form.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Click on the Service- Learning Profile button on the left and fill out the form. This information will help us find opportunities that match your availability and interests.
2) Click on the Waiver link on the left and print out the form, fill it out with a pen, and drop it off at our office (building P4, rooms 106 and 107).
3) We'll talk with you about volunteer opportunities you might be interested in, and help you find a placement!
