Web Application Instructions
There are two documents tha must be submitted for the College to recognize you as a volunteer and to provide appropriate risk management to your participation. Please fill out the required information in the Service-Learning Application and the Release Form and submit it. A confirming email will be sent to you for verification of application. You might forward a copy to your instructor. You will be contacted by the campus Office of Volunteerism and Service-Learning to follow up on any placement details that might need to be addressed.
Please click on the Service-Learning Profile on the left to begin. You will need the CRN Number for the class to complete the application. If needed use this link to log on to MyMC.
